Biheiviorālās pieejas modeļa izstrāde zobu saslimšanu prevencijai un ārstēšanas procesa uzlabošanai pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem ar uzmanības deficīta un hiperaktivitātes sindromu

Abstract

Uzmanības deficīta hiperaktivitātes sindroms (UDHS) ir bieži sastopami psihiskie traucējumi, kas ietekmē aptuveni 6 procentus cilvēku vecumā līdz 18 gadiem, diagnosticējot to pēc DSM-V kritērijiem. UDHS raksturo ļoti īss uzmanības diapazons, impulsivitāte un uzvedības problēmas. UDHS bērnu uzvedība veicina stigmatizāciju sabiedrībā, kā arī medikamentozās, nevis biheiviorālās pieejas izmantošanu bērnu zobārstniecībā, izvēloties nevis bērna integrāciju, bet gan iekļaušanu uz sadarbību nespējīgu bērnu sarakstā. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izstrādāt biheiviorālās pieejas modeli zobu slimību profilaksei un ārstēšanai pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem ar UDHS.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common psychiatric disorder that is estimated to affect about 6 percent of people aged 18 and under when diagnosed via the DSM-V criteria. ADHD is characterized by a very short attention span and impulsivity with resultant behavioral problems. The behavior of ADHD children contributes to their stigmatization in society, as well as the use of a pharmacological rather than behavioral approach in pediatric dentistry choosing not the child's behavioral integration, but exclusion. The aim of this study is to develop a comprehensive behavioral approach model for the prevention and management of dental disease in pre-school age children with ADHD.
