Iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēmu intensīvās terapijas aprūpes personāla skatījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēmu intensīvās terapijas aprūpes personāla skatījumā”. Intensīvās terapijas nodaļas pacienti saskaras ar lieliem riskiem, nedrošu aprūpi. Aprūpes personāla iesaistīšanās iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēmā ir nepietiekoša. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Noskaidrot intensīvās terapijas aprūpes personāla skatījumu uz iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēmu. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētījumā rezultāti: Intensīvās terapijas aprūpes personāla skatījumā iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēma saistīta ar mācīšanos no kļūdām, kuras ir jāidentificē, par kurām būtu jāziņo, tomēr ziņošanai traucē nezināšana par šo sistēmu, ziņošanas vietu un veidu, bailes no soda, nav skaidrības par kurām kļūdām un situācijām ir jāziņo, nav pārliecības, ka pēc tam sekos problēmas risinājumi un uzlabojumi. Atslēgas vārdi: iekšējās pacientu drošības ziņošanas-mācīšanās sistēma, intensīvā terapija, aprūpes personāls, ar pacientu drošību saistīts negadījums.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Patient safety incident reporting and learning systems from the perspective of intensive care staff". Intensive care unit patients face high risks, unsafe care. The involvement of nursing staff in the patient safety incident reporting and learning system is insufficient. Aim of the bachelor thesis: To clarify the intensive care staff perspective on the patient safety incident reporting and learning system. A qualitative research method was used in the study. The results of the study: From the point of view of critical care staff, the patient safety reporting and learning system is about learning from errors that should be identified and reported, but reporting is hampered by ignorance of the system’s existence, where and how to report, fear of punishment, lack of clarity about which errors and situations to report, lack of confidence that problem-solving and improvement will follow.
