Individuālo aizsardzības līdzekļu un darba apģērba aprites optimizēšana satiksmes drošības uzņēmumā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis – analizēt individuālo aizsardzības līdzekļu (IAL) (augstas redzamības apģērba, aizsargapģērba un drošības apavu) un darba apģērba iegādi, izsniegšanu, lietošanu un uzraudzību satiksmes drošības uzņēmumā. Kvalifikācijas darba izstrādāšanai autors ir izvirzījis šādus mērķus: • Izpētīt IAL un darba apģērba vispārēju lietošanas nepieciešamību un ar to saistītos normatīvos dokumentus, un pielietot iegūtās zināšanas kvalifikācijas darba izstrādē; • Iepazīties ar darba aizsardzības sistēmu satiksmes drošības uzņēmumā; • Iepazīties ar satiksmes drošības uzņēmumā lietotajiem IAL, darba apģērbiem un ar tiem saistītajiem iekšējiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem; • Veikt literatūras analīzi, kas saistīta ar IAL un darba apģērba tendencēm Eiropā un pasaulē, iegūto informāciju pielietot kvalifikācijas darba izstrādē; • Veikt padziļinātu Eiropas Standartu EN ISO 20471, EN 342, EN 343 un EN 20345 un CE marķējuma izpēti; • Analizēt informāciju par viedo IAL lietošanu Eiropā un pasaulē un sniegt priekšlikumus to pielietošanai satiksmes drošības uzņēmumā. Pētījuma datu iegūšanai ir izmantota literatūras analīze, satiksmes drošības uzņēmuma darba aizsardzības sistēmas analīze, nodarbināto anketēšana un rezultātu apkopošana. Pētījuma rezultāti ir apskatāmi kvalifikācijas darba nodaļā “REZULTĀTI”, un iegūtie secinājumi aprakstīti kvalifikācijas darba nodaļā “SECINĀJUMI”. Kvalifikācijas darba autors ir izstrādājis priekšlikumus, kuri, izstrādājot kvalifikācijas darbu, iegūti, veicot literatūras analīzi, satiksmes drošības uzņēmuma darba aizsardzības sistēmas analīzi un nodarbināto anketēšanu un rezultātu apkopošanu. Izstrādātie priekšlikumi ir apskatāmi nodaļā “PRIEKŠLIKUMI”. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no 72 lapām. Darbā ir iekļauti 35 attēli un 12 tabulas. Kvalifikācijas darba izstrādei ir izmantoti 21 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the purchase, issuance, use and monitoring of personal protective equipment (PPE) (high visibility clothing, protective clothing and safety shoes) and work clothing in a traffic safety company. The author has set the following goals for the development of the qualification work: • Study the general need for use of PPE and work clothes and related regulatory documents, and apply the acquired knowledge in the development of qualification work; • Get acquainted with the labor protection system in the traffic safety company; • Get acquainted with the PPE, work clothes what are used in the traffic safety company and the related internal regulatory documents; • Carry out literature analysis related to PPE and workwear trends in Europe and the world, apply the obtained information in the development of qualification work; • Conduct an in-depth study of European Standards EN ISO 20471, EN 342, EN 343 and EN 20345 and CE marking; • Analyze information about the use of smart PPE in Europe and the world and make proposals for their application in the traffic safety company. Literature analysis, analysis of the labor protection system of the traffic safety company, employee questionnaires and compilation of results have been used to obtain research data. The results of the study can be viewed in the “RESULTS” chapter of the qualification work and the obtained conclusions are described in the "CONCLUSIONS" chapter of the qualification work. The author of the qualification work has developed proposals which, when developing the qualification work, were obtained by conducting a literature analysis, analysis of the labor protection system of the traffic safety company and surveying the employees and collecting the results. The developed proposals can be viewed in the "PROPOSALS" section. The qualification work consists of 72 pages. The work includes 35 pictures and 12 tables. The qualification work consists of 21 literature and information sources.
