Mākslīgā intelekta radītā teksta autortiesību aspekti izglītībā
Abstract
Mākslīgais intelekts nesen ir kļuvis par iespaidīgu rīku it īpaši teksta ģenerēšanai, radot juridiskus jautājumus par autortiesībām un to aizsardzību. Šajā maģistra darbā tiek aplūkoti autortiesību problēmu aspekti mākslīgā intelekta radītā teksta izmantošanā izglītībā. Kam pieder mākslīgā intelekta veidotie teksti, un vai to izmantošana akadēmiskā vidē, prezentējot kā savu darbu, ir autortiesību pārkāpums vai plaģiātisms? Darbā tiek aplūkoti vairāki virzieni, ko rada mākslīgā intelekta satura ieviešana izglītībā, ņemot vērā komplicēto mijiedarbību starp autortiesību likumu, akadēmisko godīgumu, izglītības praksi un tehnoloģiju sasniegumiem. Ņemot vērā jurisprudences un tehnoloģiju attīstību Eiropas Savienībā, šis pētījums mācību iestādēm, pedagogiem un studentiem sniedz ieskatu par autortiesību likumu saskaņošanu un precizēšanu digitālajā laikmetā. This master’s thesis examines the aspects of copyright problems in the use of text created by artificial intelligence in education. Who owns the texts produced by artificial intelligence, and is their use in an academic environment, presented as one's own work, a violation of copyright or plagiarism? This paper examines several directions created by the introduction of artificial intelligence content in education, taking into account the complicated interaction between copyright law, academic integrity, educational practice and technological achievements. Considering developments in jurisprudence and technology in the EU, this study provides insights into the harmonization and clarification of copyright laws in the digital age for educational institutions, educators and students.
