Skolas stratēģiskā vadība kā emocionāli drošas vides veicinātāja

Abstract

Monitoringa un pētījumu dati liecina, ka Latvijas izglītojamie un pedagogi saskaras ar vardarbību skolā, tādēļ maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt teorijā un pētījumos pamatotus ieteikumus ar stratēģiskās vadības metodēm skolu vadītājiem un izglītības politikas veidotājiem emocionāli drošas vides veicināšanā Latvijas vispārizglītojošās skolās. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un bibliogrāfijas saraksta. Kvalitatīvais gadījuma pētījums veikts laika posmā no 2024. gada 29. janvāra līdz 2024. gada 17. novembrim, par instrumentu izmantojot 12 atvērtā tipa daļēji strukturētas intervijas, veicot to kontentanalīzi programmā “MAXQDA”. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka ar stratēģiskās vadības metodēm var veicināt emocionāli drošu vidi skolā.

Monitoring and research data show that Latvian students and teachers face violence at school, therefore the aim of the master’s thesis is to develop recommendations based on theory and research about strategic management methods for school leaders and educational policymakers in promoting an emotionally safe environment in general education schools in Latvia. The work consists of 3 chapters, conclusions and a bibliography list. The qualitative case study was conducted in the period from January 29, 2024 to November 17, 2024, using as a tool 12 open-type semi-structured interviews, with their content analysis made in the "MAXQDA" program. The results of the study reveal that an emotionally safe environment at school can be promoted through strategic management methods.
