| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena izpratne, Slepkavības stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa izpratnes attīstības vēsture Latvijā un Krimināllikuma 120.pantā iekļautā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāva analīze, lai nošķirtu slepkavību fizioloģiskā afekta stāvoklī no citiem slepkavību veidiem.
Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena skaidrojumu un veikt slepkavības šādā stāvoklī sastāva analīzi, salīdzinot teorijas mijiedarbību ar tiesu praksē esošajām lietām.
Lai sasniegtu šos mērķus autore pēta juridisko literatūru par stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā 20.gs, kā arī juridisko un citu zinātņu literatūru stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena skaidrojumam, analizē Krimināllikuma 120.pantā ietvertā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāvu un pieejamo Latvijas un ārvalsts tiesu praksi lietās par slepkavību stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvoklī.

| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor paper analyzes a strong mental arousal state conception of life, the history development of understanding Homicides strong psychical excitation state included in Latvian Criminal Code Article 120 offense analysis of the composition to distinguish between murder physiological affective state of the other types of murder.
The aim is to find out of a strong mental state of arousal and the interpretation of the murders in this state composition analysis, the theory of interaction compared with the case law existing things.
To achieve these goals the author examines the legal literature of the historical development in Latvia in 20. century on severe mental arousal state, as well as legal and other science literature with strong mental state of arousal meaning of the concept, analyzes contained in the Article 120 of the Criminal law, the criminal offense and the availability of Latvian and foreign court practice Cases of the murder in a strong mental excitement.Keywords: physiolo | en_US |
