| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbu „Audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi” izstrādāja Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās fakultātes akadēmiskās studiju programmas „Tiesību zinātne” 8.semestra studente Ilze Galvanovska.
Darba apjoms: 50 lappuses, 23 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi, 3.pielikumi.
Atslēgas vārdi: audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi, likumpārkāpēji, nepilngadīgie.
Pētījuma galvenais mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi ir nepieciešami, vai nav nepieciešami.
Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām:
Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā ir veikta literatūras un periodisko izdevumu apraksts, un zinātnisko rakstu analīze.
Darbā autore apskata Latvijas tiesu praksi un ārvalstu normatīvos regulējumus.
Darbā pielietota vēsturiskā, salīdzinošā un sistēmiskā metode, veiktas ekspertintervijas.
Balstoties uz konkrētām teorijām, darbā tiek pamatoti nepilngadīgo noziedzības cēloņi. Tiek atainota audzinoša rakstura piespiedu līdzekļi piemērošana ārvalstu krimināllikumos. Tāpat tika veikta periodisko izdevumu situācijas izpēta Latvijā. Mērķis un uzdevumi ir sasniegti. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor paper „ Means of enforcement of educational character” was developed by Ilze Galvanovska, 8th term student of University of Latvia, Faculty of Law.
Scope of the work: 50 pages, 23 bibliographic references and 3 appendices.

The goal of the bachelor paper is to find out is required or not required means of enforcement of educational character.
The bachelor paper consists of 5 sections:
In the theoretical part of the research is given an overview of literature and periodicals and added the analysis of scientific articles.
The author review the Latvian court practice and foreign normative regulation.
The methods of the research: In the process of research there were appeliet historical theory, comparative theory, systemic theory and made Expert interviews.
On the basis of certain theories work is justified juvenile delinquency causes. Is displayed means of enforcement of educational character application foreign criminal law.
