Skolotāja sociālās prasmes kā pedagoģiskās kompetences nosacījums

Abstract

Maģistra darbā aprakstīts pētījums par skolotāja sociālajām prasmēm kā pedagoģiskās kompetences nosacījumu. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt skolotāja sociālās prasmes kā pedagoģiskās kompetences nosacījumu. Darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, nobeiguma, 67 vienībām izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, 2 pielikumiem. Darbā ietverta 1 diagramma, 1 shēma un 6 tabulas. Pirmajā nodaļā teorētiski analizētas sociālās prasmes gan vēsturiski filozofiskā skatījumā, gan pedagoģiski psiholoģiskā skatījumā. Otrajā nodaļā analizētas skolotāja pedagoģiskās kompetences. Trešajā nodaļā dots pieaugušo vecumposmu raksturojums. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstītas skolotāju sociālās prasmes pedagoģiskās kompetences kontekstā mūsdienu pamatskolā. Piektajā nodaļā apkopoti ieteikumi skolotāju sociālo prasmju un pedagoģiskās kompetences pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma laikā apstiprinājās hipotēze: ja tiek pilnveidotas skolotāja sociālās prasmes, viņa pedagoģiskā kompetence paaugstinās.

The theme of the Master’s paper is ‘’Teacher’s social skills as condition of his pedagogical competence’’. The objective is to study teacher’s social skills as condition of pedagogical competence. The paper consists of an introduction, 5 chapters, a conclusion, 67 bibliographical names and 2 appendixes. 1 diagram, 1 scheme and 6 tables are included in the paper. In the first chapter there are theoretically analyzed social skills viewed both historically and philosophically as well pedagogically and psychologically. In the second chapter there are analyzed pedagogical competences of teacher. In the third chapter there are specified characteristics of adulthood. Fourth chapter describes teachers’ social skills in connection with their pedagogical competence at today’s primary school. In the fifth chapter there are specified the recommendations how can one improve teacher’s social skills within his pedagogical competence. The hypothesis was verified through the research process that improving teacher’s social skills his pedagogical competence also increases.
