Bakalaura darbs veltīts tēmai par bezrecepšu medikamentu reklāmu komunikāciju, noskaidrojot kā reklāmā pausto informāciju pārstrādā patērētājs. Tiek apskatīta sociālā mācīšanās teorija, kognitīvā disonanses teorija un informācijas apstrādes procesi. Darbā izmatota bezrecepšu medikamentu mērķauditorijas anketēšana, Grindeks un Nycomed televīzijas un drukāto reklāmu kontentanalīze, kā arī interneta komentāru analīze, lai noskaidrotu sabiedrības daļas nostāju un uzskatus par bezrecepšu medikamentu reklāmas nozīmi un jēgu. Darba mērķis – izpētīt sabiedrībai paredzēto bezrecepšu medikamentu reklāmu komunikācijas procesu un praksi, noskaidrojot pastāvošos iespējamos trūkumus un uzlabojumus komunikācijas efektivitātē. Darba apjoms – 67. lpp., attēlu skaits – 27, pielikumu skaits – 12.

The work examines social learning theory, cognitive dissonance theory and information handling process. The paper reviewed non-prescription medicine target audience inquiry, content analysis of Grindeks and Nycomed television and press ads, internet commentary analysis to find out part of societies point of view about non-prescription medicine advertising role and meaning. The goal – to find out for society provided non-prescription medicine advertising communication process and practice, to clear up existing probable shortcomings and improvements for communication effectiveness.
