| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā tika veikts literatūras apskats par graudu uzbūvi, to ķīmisko sastāvu un fenola savienojumiem. Eksperimentālajā daļā izvērtēju fenola savienojumu daudzumu Latvijā selekcionētos labības graudos. Ar spektrofotometrisko metodi tika noteikts kopējais fenolu daudzums dažādu miežu un auzu šķirņu graudos, kā arī noteikta antiradikālā aktivitāte. | en_US |
