Darba tēma: Oriflame zīmola tēla veidošana Latvijā.
Darba mērķis: Izpētīt Oriflame tēla veidošanos un problēmas, izmantojot dažādas komunikācijas iespējas.
Hipotēze: Oriflame zīmola tēla attīstības kvalitāte patreizējā attīstības posmā ir tieši saistīta
ar atbilstošu komunikāciju un tās kanālu izvēli.
Darbā ir trīs galvenās nodaļas. Pirmajā daļā teorētiski tiek apskatīta zīmola būtība un kā tā veidojas patērētāju uztverē. Otrajā darba daļā - analizēti sekundārie dati jeb aplūkota zīmola Oriflame veidošana un komunikācijas kanālu izvērtējums. Trešajā daļā tiek analizēta respondentu aptaujas un ekspertu aptaujas rezultāti, saistībā ar Oriflame zīmola problēmām un attīstības perspektīvām nākotnē.

The aim of master thesis: to find out company’s „Oriflame” brand formation and problems using different communication options.
Hypothesis: the quality of brand formation of company „Oriflame” in a current development period is directly related with an appropriate selection of communication and channels.
Thesis consist of three chapters. First chapter is based on theoretical material about brand and how it formes in customer behaviour. In a second chapter has analyzed secondary data or, in other words, company’s „ Oriflame” brand formation and evaluation of communication channels. In a third part has analyzed results of respondents’ and experts’ surveys about main issues of „Oriflame” brand and perspective development in a future.
