Abstract

Master's Thesis carried out analysis of the conditions of excavator machinery operators by determining hazardous work environment risk factors and their negative effects on employees. Master's Thesis target is to do complex assessment of the harmful work environment risk factors and adopt appropriate preventive measures to reduce the risk. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations and appendices. In Master's Thesis working conditions and harmful factors that have an impact on employees' health and safety in the work environment have been identified. In the end of the paper, practical recommendations for risk factor reduction and work conditions improvement have been given.
