Kursa aprakstā minētā docētāja dzimuma un pasniegšanas stila ietekme uz docētāju vērtējumu vīriešu un sieviešu studentu grupā
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv studentu dzimuma atšķirības vīriešu un sieviešu dzimuma docētāju novērtējumos.
Pētījumā piedalījās 120 Latvijas Universitātes studenti- 60 sieviešu dzimuma un 60 vīriešu dzimuma. Respondentu vecums: 20-30 gadi. Tika izmantota aptauja, kas sastāvēja no trīs daļām- demogrāfiskie dati, kursa apraksta, novērtējuma anketa, kura tika izveidota, lai noteiktu, vai pastāv studentu dzimumu atšķirības vīriešu un sieviešu dzimuma docētāju novērtējumos.
Rezultāti norādīja, ka studenti nenovērtē sieviešu un vīriešu dzimuma docētājus atšķirīgi. Iegūtie dati atspoguļo studentu attieksmi pret docētāju pamatojoties uz kursa aprakstu, nevis studentu attieksmi pret docētāju reālajā vidē.

In the research participated 20-30 years old students- 60 women and 60 men. Was used questionnaire which included three parts- demographics, syllabus, inquary, which was made to determine, does professor’s gender impact students’ evaluations.
Research results shows that there aren’t significant student gender differences in professors’s evaluations. Results from this study shows students’ first exposure to the syllabi and professor, not attitude to actual professors.
