HansaWorld Enterprise lietojamības uzlabošana

Abstract

ERP sistēmas bieži vien ir vidēja līdz liela mēroga datorsistēmu instalācijas uzņēmumos, kas vēlas integrētu programmatūru ar iespēju kontrolēt un vienmēr pārredzēt sistēmā ievadītos datus. Ja šāds risinājums ir ieviests kādā uzņēmumā, tad tam būs pietiekami liels lietotāju skaits, kuru specializācijas var būt izteikti dažādas un prasības pret sistēmas lietojamību, tāpat. Tieši tāpēc lietojamībai ir ļoti liela nozīme šāda rakstura produktā. ERP sistēma „HansaWorld Enterprise” piedāvā pilnīgu, iekšēji integrētu programmatūras risinājumu dažāda lieluma uzņēmumiem. ERP systems usually comprise a rather large computer system installation in enterprises, which wish to have a integrated software solution with the full oversight and control over all the data that has been entered into such a system. If such a system has been implemented in a enterprise, then it most probably will have a large enough user base, where individual and even specific specialties may be represented and thus have certain requirements towards the system, including good usability. That is exactly why usability is such an important issue in this kind of software products. The ERP system „HansaWorld Enterprise” offers a complete and integrated software solution for all-size businesses. The objective of this work is to identify usability problems by using certain usability and find solutions for those found to be severe enough, and to actually implement the solutions for the better of the ERP system “HansaWorld Enterprise”. As a reference system, “FMS Horizon” has been chosen for being one of the most popular ERP systems in the region as well as being developed here in Latvia.
