Darba mērķis: izvērtēt, kā mainās acs iekšējais spiediens dienas laikā, mērot ar dažādu metožu tonometriem.
Subjekti: eksperimentā piedalījās 13 subjekti vecumā no 20-50 gadiem, no kuriem 10 sievietes un 3 vīrieši. Subjektu vidējais vecums sievietēm bija 23,9 gadi, bet vīriešiem 31,67 gadi. No visiem subjektiem 7 bija emetropi, 3 miopi, 1 hipermetrops. Divi subjekti bija presbiopi.
Bachelor work is written in Latvian, it consists of 48 printed pages, 19 figures, 1 appendix and 24 literature sources.
Purpose: to determine intraoccular pressure changes during the day measured by different methods of tonometers.
Subjects: 13 subjects aged from 20-50 years took part in the experimental part. 10 of them were woman with average age 23,9 years, 3 were men with average age 31,67 years. From all the subjects 7 were emmetropes, 3 myopes, 1 hypermetrope. Two subjects were presbyopes.
Methods: the intraocular pressure was measured with three different methods of tonometers: applanation (Goldmann), indentation (Schiotz) and non – contact („Keeler” Pulsair). The intraocular pressure was measured three times a day during one day for each subject.
Results: there are higher intraocular pressure values with indentation method than with applanation method, but the highest with the indentation method than with non – contact method. There is statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure measured in the morning or in the dinner - time with indentation and non – contact method, in the morning or in the evening with indentation method. There is intraocular pressure reduction until 2 mmHg with all three methods of tonometers between the morning and dinner – time measurements. But between the morning and the evening measurements it is seen that intraocular pressure reduces, but between the dinner – time and the evening measurements – increases.
Keywords: intraocular pressure, aqueous, applanation tonometry, Goldmann tonometer, indentation tonometry, Schiotz tonometer, non – contact tonometry, „Keeler” PulsAir non – contact tonometer, diurnal changes of intraocular pressure.
