Uzturēšanā esošas sistēmas kļūdu cēloņu analīze

Abstract

Šī darbā ir apskatīts uzturēšanā esošas sistēmas problēmu pārvaldības process un veikta slēgto problēmu ziņojumu analīze ar mērķi atrast tipiskākas pieļaujamas kļūdas un uz tā pamata izstrādāt rekomendācijas uzturētājam. Pētīšanas procesa rezultātā tika izveidoti divi kontroles saraksti, kurus ieteicams pielietot programmētājam, veicot izmaiņas kodā. Uzturēšanā iesaistītiem cilvēkiem tika piedāvāts iepazināties ar šo metodi un izteikt savas pārdomas. Metode tika novērtēta pozitīvi.

The main points of this work are – the review of defect management process for the system under maintenance and analysis of the closed incident reports to find out the typical defects that are likely to occur. The goal of stated above is to give some valuable recommendations based on this analysis. As a result of this task two check-lists were made for use by programmers when making implementation work. Some maintainers were provided with these check-lists to give their opinion on new method. The method was positively appreciated.
