Tīmekļa aplikāciju lietojamība

Abstract

Tīmekļa aplikācijas ir strauji augoša informācijas tehnoloģiju nozare. Tīmekļa aplikācijas lieto arvien vairāk lietotāju, tāpēc ir svarīgi, lai tās būtu ne tikai funkcionāli kvalitatīvas, bet arī ērti lietojamas un vienkārši saprotamas dažādu līmeņu lietotājiem. Darbā apskatīts, kas ir tīmekļa lietojamība, kā notiek tīmekļa lietojamības testēšana, kādi ir tīmekļa lapas lietojamības kvalitātes kritēriji. Darbā tiek pētīts, kāda ir tīmekļa aplikāciju lietojamības nozīme. Darbā ir izveidota lietojamības kritēriju kopa, pēc kuras veikts vairāku tīmekļa aplikāciju lietojamības kvalitātes novērtējums. Lietojamības kritēriji, balstoties uz lietotāju anketēšanas iegūtajiem rezultātiem un personīgo pieredzi, novērtēti ar nozīmības koeficientiem – svariem. Rezultātā iegūti apskatīto aplikāciju lietojamības koeficienti, kas salīdzināti ar lietotāju intuitīvo lietojamības novērtējumu, kas ļāvis noteikt lietojamības kvalitātes sliekšņus. Darba rezultātā iegūta metode tīmekļa aplikācijas lietojamības kvalitātes noteikšanai.

Web applications are a rapidly growing field in IT sector. More and more users are using it, so it is important, to make it not only functionally qualitative, but also convenient and easy understandable for all kind of users. This paper is a study of what web usability is, how to perform tests on it, and what the criteria of good usability are. Besides the importance of web usability is studied. A set of usability criteria is established for testing of web usability. These weights of criteria are introduced with help of polls and author experience. As a result of application testing a usability measure can be obtained. This measure compared to subjective sense of usability can give us a usability threshold. As a result of this work a threshold method for estimation of web application usability is produced.
