Ap daudzstūri apvilkta minimālā taisnleņķa trijstūra problēma

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek pētīta problēma par iespēju ap jebkuru izliektu četrstūri apvilkt taisnleņķa trijstūri, kura laukums nepārsniedz divkāršotu četrstūra laukumu. Atbilde uz šo jautājumu vispārīgā gadījumā, kad aplūko patvaļīgu izliektu kopu, cik zināms, joprojām nav atrisināta. Darbā pievērsta uzmanība elementārām metodēm un ar to palīdzību problēma atrisināta trijstūrim un vairākiem četrstūru veidiem. Darbā piedāvāti arī materiāli, kas varētu noderēt skolotājām izpētes rakstura uzdevumu mācīšanai viņu skolēniem. Darbs ir paredzēts, galvenokārt, matemātikas skolotājām(iem), kā arī vidusskolu skolēniem, kas padziļināti mācās matemātiku.

In this master thesis the problem of the possibility to describe a right angle triangle around any given convex quadrilateral, the area of which would not be greater than double the area of the quadrilateral, is explored. As far as it is known, the answer for a general convex region has not been found yet. The main attention is paid to the elementary methods and with their help this problem has been solved for a triangle, and some types of quadrilaterals. This thesis also contains materials for educating students the ways in which to solve research-type problems. The thesis mainly is meant for teachers of mathematics, as well as secondary school students who are studying mathematics in depth.
