AK/A noteikšana divām pacientu grupām ar atšķirīgu redzes slodzi

Abstract

Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 41 lapas, satur 14 attēlus, 7 tabulas, 3 pielikumus un 27 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: AK/A noteikšana divām pacientu grupām ar atšķirīgu redzes slodzi. Pētījuma dalībnieki: 24 pacienti ar intensīvu fizisku slodzi, 24 pacienti ar intensīvu redzes slodzi. Metodes: AK/A attiecība noteikta ar gradienta metodi. Heteroforija noteikta ar modificētā Thoringtona un Madoksa testu. Rezultāti un secinājumi: noteiktās AK/A vērtības starp pacientu grupām ir statistiski nenozīmīgas. Noteiktās AK/A vērtības ar modificētā Thoringtona testu uzrāda mazākas vidējās AK/A vērtības un mazāku standartdeviāciju, salīdzinot ar Madoksa testu. Redzes slodze ir saistīta ar refrakcijas veidu. Master’s work is written in Latvian. It consists of 41 page. It contains 14 figures, 7 tables, 3 annexes and 27 literature sources. Aim: Determination of AC/A ratio in patients with and without sustained near work Participants: 24 patients with and 24 without sustained near work. Methods: Gradient AC/A ratios was determinated. Heterophoria was measured using the modified Thorington and a Maddox rode tests. Results and conclusions: AC/A ratio in patients with and without sustained near work lost statistical significance. It may be observed that AC/A values obtained using the modified Thorington test were lower and produced smaller mean difference than those found with Maddox rode test.
