Uzņēmuma vadības sistēmas budžetēšanas moduļa izstrāde

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā aplūkota uzņēmuma vadības sistēmas budžetēšanas moduļa izstrāde. Darbs tiek sākts ar budžetēšanas biznesa procesu izpēti un uzņēmuma A prasību analīzi. Tiek aplūkota arī pašreizējā situācija un Microsoft Bussiness Solution Axapta pieejamais risinājums – budžetēšanas modulis. Pieejamā risinājuma izpētes laikā tiek secināts, ka standarta modulis neatbalsta daudzlīmeņu hierarhijas struktūru budžetēšanas modulim, līdz ar ko tiek izvirzīts mērķis veidot citu moduli. Darbā tiek aprakstīts budžetēšanas moduļa piedāvātais risinājums, kur apspoguļojas moduļa pamatfunkcijas, arhitektūras izvēle, lietotāju tiesību pārvalde, moduļa realizācija un testēšanas un labošanas process. Darba izstrādes laikā tiek secināts, ka modulis ir veiksmīgs, jo apmierina uzņēmuma A izvirzītās prasības.

The present bachelor work covers the full process of the Budget module development for the needs of Enterprise management system. Primarily, research in budget planning business process and requirement analysis for enterprise A was made. For now, budget planning existed only on paper for enterprise A, and because of that there was a strong business demand to find out a refinement solution. In fact, the solution was found, but after detailed analysis it appeared that the abovementioned solution was not sufficient. There was not possible to create a multi level hierarchical structure for the budgeting purposes. That was a reason to start a new budget module development to satisfy requirements. The bachelor work describes the following fields: three level architecture choice, research on security, development process and steps, and also testing and bug fixing details. The research is concluded by stating that the new budget module development was successful since as all requirements of the enterprise A had been met.
