Abstract

„Body Corporate portāla izveide un veiktspējas analīze”. Jānis Plahotins, darba vadītājs Dr. Datorzinātņu doktors, prof. Jānis Bičevskis. Maģistra darba pētījuma objekts ir programmatūras izstrāde pēc pasūtītāja prasībām sociālā tīkla un, it sevišķi, namu pārvalžu kā arī ar to saistīto problēmu risināšanai. Maģistra darbā ir aprakstīta arī esošā pasūtītāja izstrādātā sistēma, kas daļēji apmierina namu pārvalžu administrācijas prasības, termina „sociālais tīkls” būtība, vide, vides prasības. Izstrādājamās programmatūras galvenais mērķis ir risināt komunikācijas un informācijas apmaiņas problēmas starp namu pārvaldes sistēmā iesaistītajām pusēm ar Interneta un tajā pielietojamo tehnoloģiju starpniecību. Programmatūras izstrādei pielietotas tādas tehnoloģijas un produkti kā MySQL, PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, DOM. Sekundārais mērķis ir aprakstītās programmatūras atvasi piedāvāt plašākai publikai kā universālo pakalpojumu sociālā tīkla problēmu risināšanai, komunikācijas un informācijas apmaiņas nodrošināšanai starp tā dalībniekiem. Ir veikta sistēmas veiktspējas analīze un veikti pasākumi tās uzlabošanā kā arī uzskaitīti potenciālie veiktspējas uzlabošanas risinājumu nākotnei.

„Development of the Body Corporate portal and analysis of its performance”, Janis Plahotins. Adviser of the work is Dr. sc. comp., prof. Janis Bicevskis. The research object of this work is software development, based on the requirements of the customer. The software being developed must solve problems related to a social networking and, especially, problems arising in the work of house management offices. The underlying context of this work consists of the description of the administrative system currently offered by Body Corporate organization as well, which partially solves the related problems, the essence of a term “Social network”, the domain of interest and its requirements. The main goal of the software being developed is to solve problems in communication and interchange of information between parties belonging to area of house management. The problems are going to be solved using the Internet and technologies applicable to it. The technologies used in the software being described are as follows: MySQL, PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, DOM. The secondary goal is to offer the derivation of the software to a wide scale public. In this case the system would act like a universal product, solving problems of communication and interchange of information in a common way within large scale social network.
