IT projektu efektīvas izstrādes metodoloģija

Abstract

Maģistra darba sakuma daļā tiek apskatīta IT projektu izstrādes pieeju klasifikācija un veidots metodoloģijas teorētiskais pamats. Analizējot problēmas un uzdevumus, saistītus ar piemērotākas izstrādes pieejas izvēli, tiek salīdzinātas un novērtētas vairākas populāras metodoloģijas. Ievērojamu darba daļu aizņem metodoloģiju praktiska pielietošana IT projektos, kura bāzējas uz darba autores reālo pieredzi. IT projektu izstrādes paņēmienu pētīšanas laikā arī tika veikta aptauja, kuras rezultāti tiek aprakstīti darbā. Teorētiska un praktiska materiāla analīzes rezultātā bija atrasti nepieciešamie risinājumi efektīvam izstrādes procesam un izvirzīti metodoloģiju pamatprincipi. Pamatojoties uz metožu konstruēšanas elementiem, tiek aprakstīta praktiska metodoloģija, kas tika veidota testa projektu īstenošanas rezultātā.

The IT project development classification has been considered in the beginning of this Master work, additionally the theoretical methodology basing was presented. The most popular methodologies were compared and estimated for analysing of problems and task connected with the appropriate method selecting. Practical methodology usage takes the major part of this work. In the process of investigation possible approaches the survey has been proceed and the results were presented in this work. In the result of theoretical and practical analyse the necessary solutions for effective development process organisation were found. Practical methodology basing on the elements of methods designs was presented. This methodology was created in the process of test project realisation.
