No darba gaitā iegūtajiem datiem var secināt, ka roku ādas, acs konjunktīvas un acs mīksto kontaktlēcu mikrofloru kvalitatīvajā sastāvā galvenokārt sastopamas stafilokoku baktērijas, precīzāk, Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Apstrādājot rezultātus, kuri tika iegūti mīksto kontaktlēcu nēsājot dienu un 8 līdz 9 stundas turot kontaktlēcu dezinfekcijas šķīdumā, var secināt, ka mīksto kontaktlēcu dezinfekcijas līdzekļi uz mīkstās kotaktlēcas esošajiem mikroorganismiem neļauj tālāku attīstību, bet tajā pašā laikā arī nesamazina to skaitu. Tas pierāda, ka mīksto kontaktlēcu dezinficējošiem līdzekļiem ir bakteriostatiska nevis baktericīda ietekme uz mīksto kontaktlēcu virsmas esošajiem mikroorganismiem.
Atslēgvārdi: mikrobioloģija; baktērijas – stafilokoki; optometrija; mīkstās kontaktlēcas; mīksto kontaktlēcu kopšanas līdzekļi. The bachelor work aim is to clarify the extent to which the soft contact lens disinfectant care products are able to purification of microorganisms after contact lens wear in the day. In the work was identified the eye conjunctiva and soft contact lenses after daily wear, the qualitative composition of microflora, and microbial colony count on the surface of contact lenses, daily wear and after 8 to 9 hours of holding a contact lens disinfectant. In the work was also used in the microbiology department previously hand skin microflora composition, qualitative data. From data collected in the course of the work can be concluded that the hand skin, eye conjunctiva and the soft contact lens quality microflora composed predominantly occurring staphylococcal bacteria, specifically, Staphylococcus epidermidis.
When processing the results, which were obtained from soft contact lens wearing day and 8 to 9 hours keeping in the contact lens disinfecting solution, one can conclude that soft contact lens disinfectants on the soft contact lens surface do not allow further development of the microorganisms, but at the same time, also do not reduce their numbers. This shows that the soft contact lens disinfectants are bacteriostatic rather than bactericidal effect of the soft contact lens surface of the microorganisms.
