| dc.description.abstract | Šajā diplomdarbā tiek aplūkoti vienpusējie un divpusējie tolerances intervāli parametriskajā un neparametriskajā gadījumā. Šo intervālu pielietojums praksē atšķiras no klasiskā ticamības intervālu pielietojuma. Ja ir nepieciešams noteikt, kāda procentuāla izlases daļa iekļausies kādās specifiskās robežās, tad tolerances intervāls spēj sniegt atbildi uz šo jautājumu. Ar piemēru palīdzību tiek attēloti dažādie tolerances intervālu pielietojumi. Šie intervāli var veiksmīgi tikt pielietoti dažādiem sadalījumiem. | dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with one-sided and two-sided tolerance intervals in the parametric and in the nonparametric case. The problem of tolerance intervals differs from that of classical confidence intervals. If there is a need to estimate what percental part of the sample will be included in some specific limits, then tolerance intervals can solve this problem. It is shown how to use tolerance intervals in different practical examples. Tolerance intervals can be successfully applied to various distributions. Calculations are performed using the open source program R. | en_US |
