Svaru sistēmas veidošana izlases veida apsekojumam neatbildētības gadījumā

Abstract

Darba uzdevums ir izpētīt atbildētības homogenitātes un GREG novērtējuma metodes populācijas summāro vērtību aprēķināšanai. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt šīs abas metodes un izdarīt secinājumus, kuru no metodēm ir ērtāk izmantot. Darba gaitā izpētīju neatbildētības teorētisko pamatu, kā arī apskatīju neatbildētības novēršanas metožu pielietojumu praksē, ieguvu trīs populācijas summāro vērtību novērtējumus – nodarbināto iedzīvotāju skaitu Latvijā, darba meklētāju un ekonomiski neaktīvo, izmantojot atbildētības homogenitātes grupas, GREG novērtējumus. Aprēķiniem tiek izmantota programma R. Atslēgas vārdi: Horvitza-Tompsona novērtējums, GREG novērtējumi, g-svari, atbildētības homogenitātes grupas, neatbildētība.

Main task is to investigate the response homogeneity group method and GREG estimator method for estimating population total value. Quarterly Labour Force Survey (year 2009, 2nd quarter) data was used for this purpose. The goal is to compare the two methods and draw conclusions about which of the methods is more convenient to use. During this work I've researched the theoretical basis of nonresponse and overtake in practice nonresponse preventing methods. At last estimations were made for 3 social groups of population (employed, unemployed and economically inactive) by 2 methods GREG estimator and response homogeneity group.
