| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarbs ir saistīts ar biznesa risinājumiem un ECM (Enterprise Content Management) risinājumiem. Ar ECM sistēmu saprot tehnoloģiju, rīku un metožu kopu, kuru izmanto informācijas, dokumentu un biznesa procesu savākšanai, pārvaldīšanai, uzkrāšanai, glabāšanai un piegādei visiem lietotājiem uzņēmuma ietvaros. Darba mērķis ir parādīt kā SharePoint vidē var optimizēt biznesa procesus, ietaupīt darba laiku un resursus, samazināt izmaksas. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izveidots uz Petri tīkliem balstīts biznesa procesu modelis, ar kura palīdzību tika veikta biznesa procesu plūsmas analīze pirms un pēc SharePoint ieviešanas.

| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is devoted to business solutions and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions. ECM system is a set of technologies, tools and methods used to collect, manage and deliver information, documents or business processes to all users within a company. The goal of the thesis is to show how SharePoint’s environment can optimize business processes, save time and resources, reduse costs. To achieve this goal the model of business processes was created on the base of Petri nets, that allowed to investigate the business process flows before and after SharePoint application.
