Datoru drošības incidentu izmeklēšana

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek pētītas datoru drošības incidentu risināšanas komponentes, datoruzbrukumu tīklu attīstība un izplatība, kā arī tiek izteiktas datoruzbrukumu prognozes 2008. gadam. Vēl darbā tiek apskatīta datoru drošības incidentu izmeklēšanas procesa uzbūve un pievērsta uzmanība datoru drošības incidentu izmeklēšanas tehnoloģisko risinājumu izpētei un salīdzināšanai, aprakstot arī autora iepriekš gūto praktisko pieredzi. Īpaša uzmanība pievērsta dažādu procesu modeļu izmantošanai un paroļu izveides procedūras apguvei, kā arī šīs procedūras atgriezeniskas pielietošanas iespējai un paroļu atgūšanai, kas ir izmēģināta arī praktiski. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts tā, lai to varētu izmantot kā pietiekamu uzziņas avotu personas, kurām ir interese par datoru drošības incidentu izmeklēšanu un kurām jau ir pamata tehniskās iemaņas.

In this masters thesis author studies computer security incident examination. Author studies computer security incident network development and distribution and makes suggestions for computer security incident trends for year 2008. Author examines computer security incident investigation process and technical solutions. Author also describes he’s practical experience in work with these tools and techniques. Special attention is paid to password making mechanisms and techniques and reversed use of them to recover unknown passwords which has been tested in practical experiments. This masters thesis is developed in such way that it should be usable as a good source of information for those who want to know more about computer security incident examination and already have some technical skills.
