Krāsu piesātinājuma izšķirtspējas noteikšana ar KAMS krāsu redzes pseidoizohromatiskajām platēm

Abstract

Mērķis:Noskaidrot indivīdu ar zemas pakāpes sarkani – zaļo krāsu redzes deficītu krāsu redzes izšķirtspējas sliekšņa noteikšanas iespējamību ar KAMS testu un raksturot iegūtā izšķirtspējas sliekšņa pastāvību laikā. Rezultāti. Protanomāliem un deiteranomāliem eksistē tāda kopējās krāsu diferences ∆E vērtība, pie kuras tie izšķir stimulu KAMS krāsu redzes testa platēs, šī sliekšņa vērtība būtiski nemainās visās atkārtotajās mērījuma reizēs. Slieksnis deiteranomāliem, kas iegūts no KAMS testa zaļganajām platēm, ir statistiski nozīmīgi augstāks par slieksni, kas iegūts no sārtajām platēm. Pastāv cieša pozitīva korelācija (R=0.94) starp anomaloskopa saskaņošanas apgabalu un iegūtajiem deiteranomālu izšķirtspējas sliekšņiem KAMS testā, kā arī (R=0.81) starp kļūdu skaitu HRR testā un iegūto slieksni ar KAMS platēm. The aim: To establish the possibility of determination of color saturation threshold using KAMS test for individuals with low red – green color vision deficiency, characterize invariability of threshold in time. Results. A total color diference value ∆E threshold exists for each individual tested with KAMS pseudoisochromatic plates, this threshold value does not change significantly in multiple measurements. Deuteranomal threshold values aquired using greenish plates of KAMS test are significantly higher than thresholds acquired using reddish plates. A strong positive correlation (R=0.94) exists between anomaloscope matching range (MR) and deuteranomal thresholds aquired by KAMS test and (R=0.81) between error score in HRR test and thresholds aquired by KAMS test.
