Korporatīva portāla risinājuma izstrāde un analīze uz ERP sistēmas pamata

Abstract

Mūsdienu pasaulē arvien vairāk un vairāk attīstās ERP sistēmu tirgus. Pārskatot un analizējot šodienas situāciju, autors secināja, ka šajā tirgū eksistē līderis, kas ir sistēma mySAP ERP, sakarā ar to, kā tuvākie konkurenti, Oracle Suite ERP un Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta ir kompāniju blakus produkti, kuri ir orientēti uz mazo un vidējo biznesu, bet mySAP ERP mērķa auditorija ir lielais un vidējais bizness. Nesen kompānija SAP prezentēja NetWeaver platformu, kuras pamatā ir Java tehnoloģija. Kopā ar to bija izsludināti tādi jauni produkti kā: Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence, Exchange Infrastructure un citus, kas piedāvāti izskatīšanai šajā dabā. Darba gaitā autors apraksta kompānijas SAP produkciju salīdzinājumā ar tuvākiem konkurentiem, kā arī pievērš īpašu uzmanību sistēmas SAP Enterprise Portal ieviešanai vairāku lietotāju skaitam ierobežotā laika apstākļos. Šīs problēmas risināšanai ir piedāvāts SAP Enterprise Portal veidnes izstrādājums, kas iekļauj sevī maksimāli standartizēto funkcionalitāti, kas ir nepieciešama klientam. Ieviešanas process sastāvēs no veidnes pielietojuma konkrētām klientam ar sekojošo to adaptāciju pasūtītāja vajadzībām. Līdz ar to kā izstrādātā veidne iekļauj sevī pamata funkcionalitāti, projekta ieviešana aizņems ievērojami mazāk laika, samazinot uzņēmuma izdevumus.

In the modern world the market of ERP systems is developing fast. Viewing and analysing today’s situation author concluded that there is a leader in this market. This is mySAP ERP system, because the closest competitors, Oracle Suite ERP and Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta, are the minor products of companies and are oriented to small and medium business, although the target clients of mySAP ERP are big and medium business. Not long time ago the company SAP presented the NetWeaver platform that has based on a Java technology. Also new products like Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence, Exchange Infrastructure were announced, this products are offered to be reviewed in this work. During this work author gives the description of products of the SAP Company in comparing with closest competitors and also pays particular attention to the implementation of SAP Enterprise Portal system for the bigger amount of users in a short period of time. To solve this problem the development of SAP Enterprise Portal Template is offered. It includes the maximally standardised functionality that is offered by a client. It means that the process of implementation is going to consist of applying the template for particular client with it adaptation for the client needs afterwards. The developed SAP Portal Template includes all base functionality and that is why the implementation of the project is going to take less time for configuration and reduce expenses of the company.
