Diplomdarba tēma ir "Salaiduma sistēmas". Diplomdarba mērķis ir apskatīt mikrobioloģijas procesa splicing matemātisko interpretāciju jeb salaiduma sistēmu. Tā kā šī ir salīdzinoši jauna un neizplatīta problemātika, darba pirmās divas nodaļas veltītas apzīmējumu un pamata definīciju skaidrošanai. Pārējās nodaļās apskatīti pamata rezultāti šajā problemātikā, kā arī izvirzīta un pierādīta lemma par minimālo ciklu skaitu vārda w, kas ir garumā 2^n, ģenerēšanai. Diplomdarba teorētisko bāzi veido publikācijas, lekciju pieraksti un raksti no zinātniskajiem žurnāliem.

The aim of this diploma's paper is to examine the mathematical interpretation of microbiological process splicing or the splicing system. Since this is comparatively new topic the first two chapters of the diploma's paper cover basic notation and some basic definitions. Ending chapters cover basic results of this topic. As well the lemma, about the minimal count of splicing system rounds for word w with length 2^n to be generated, was proposed and proved. The theoretical basis of this paper consists of publications, lecture notes and articles from scientifical journals.
