dc.description.abstractDarba ietvaros tika uzsintezēti OxFGC+CaF2:Mn2+, OxFGC+BaF2:Mn2+ un OxFGC+SrF2:Mn2+ paraugi un CaF2:Mn2+, BaF2:Mn2+ un SrF2:Mn2+ pulveru paraugi. Tika uzņemti uzsintezēto paraugu eksperimentālie elektronu paramagnētiskās rezonanses (EPR) spektri. Oksifluorīdu stikla keramikas paraugi tika pētīti arī ar skenējošā elektronu mikroskopa (SEM) palīdzību, lai noteiktu nanokristālu izmērus un to koncentrāciju stikla matricā. Oksifluorīdu stikla keramikas eksperimentālajos EPR spektros tika konstatētas hipersīkstruktūras un superhipersīkstruktūras sašķelšanās, kuras nosaka stikla matricā esošo nanokristālu klātbūtni un to kristalogrāfisko struktūru. Tika secināts, ka OxFGC+CaF2:Mn2+, OxFGC+BaF2:Mn2+ un OxFGC+SrF2:Mn2+ paraugos veidojas nanokristāli, kuriem ir kubiska struktūra un kuru izmēri ir ~100 nm.en_US
dc.description.abstractWithin the framework of this paper samples of OxFGC+CaF2:Mn2+, OxFGC+BaF2:Mn2+ and OxFGC+SrF2:Mn2+ were synthesized and CaF2:Mn2+, BaF2:Mn2+ and SrF2:Mn2+ powder samples. Synthesized samples were taken at the experimental electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra. Oxyfluoride glass-ceramics samples were also examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), to determine the size of nanocrystals and their concentration in the glass matrix. In the experimental EPR spectra of oxyfluoride glass-ceramics were observed hyperfine and superhyperfine splitting, which define the presence of nanocrystals in the glass matrix and their crystallographic structure. It was concluded that in the samples of OxFGC+CaF2:Mn2+, OxFGC+BaF2:Mn2+ and OxFGC+SrF2:Mn2+ nanocrystals form with a cubic structure and a size ~100 nm.en_US
