Darbā tiek apskatīts binārās programmēšanas uzdevums par optimālo resursu sadalījuma atrašanu projekta izpildei. Pirmā aproksimācija optimālajam resursu sadalījumam starp projekta apakšuzdevumiem tiek atrasta, veicot neatkarīgo optimizāciju apakšuzdevumu līmenī. Pēc tam, izmantojot neatkarīgās optimizācijas rezultātā iegūtās stratēģijas, tiek veikta globālā optimizācija, lai iegūtu aproksimēto optimālo resursu sadalījumu projekta efektīvai realizācijai. Šāda divu soļu metode ļauj lietotājam sekmīgi atrast rezultātu, turklāt iegūtā resursu sadalījuma matrica atbilst resursu sadalījuma Neša līdzsvaram. The paper examines the binary programming task of finding an optimal allocation of resources to complete the project. The first approximation to the optimal allocation of resources between subtasks of the project is found by the independent optimization in subtask level. Then, through the independent optimization of the resulting strategies global optimization is carried out to obtain the approximate optimal allocation of resources within the project effective implementation. This two-step method allows the user to find a successful outcome, and the resulting allocation of resources allocation matrix corresponds to the Nash equilibrium.
