Ģeometriskās informācijas iegūšana no fotogrāfijas ar snūkera galdu

Abstract

Darbā tiek pētīta ģeometriskas informācijas iegūšana no krāsaina ciparattēla ar snūkera galdu un bumbiņām. Tiek izstrādāti risinājumi attēlā redzamo bumbiņu novietojuma atrašanai dabā. Detalizēti sniegts gan vienkāršāku risinājumu (piemēram, ar mērījumiem dabā), gan sarežģītāku un precīzāku risinājumu apraksts, daļa no tiem parādīti darbībā, izveidojot datorprogrammas, veikta iegūto rezultātu analīze un paskaidroti apsvērumi optimālo risinājumu meklējumiem. Uzskatāmībai pievienotas ilustrācijas, kā arī formulu un vienādojumu iegūšanai nepieciešamie matemātiskie pielikumi. Risinājumu praktiskā darbība tiek demonstrēta ar testa piemēriem.

In this paper author investigates obtaining of geometrical data from a digital colour image of a Snooker table and balls. The solutions for finding the location in the real-world space of the balls visible in the picture are worked out. A detailed description of solutions is provided – both simpler (for example, with measurements in nature) and more complicated and precise. Part of theses are shown in action, developing computer programmes, providing analysis of the obtained results and rationale for the search of the optimal solutions. There are illustrations as well as the mathematical supplement necessary for gaining the results attached to the paper. The practical operation of the solution is demonstrated with test examples.
