Abstract

Vadības un finanšu sistēmai „Horizon” ir lietotāja dokumentācija, kurā ietverts pilns programmatūras apraksts, bet nav aprakstīts, kā ar šīs programmatūras palīdzību noteiktas profesijas pārstāvis var izpildīt noteiktu funkciju. Autores mērķis ir izstrādāt lietotāja rokasgrāmatu tirdzniecības menedžera ikdienas darbam. Lietotāja rokasgrāmatai ir jābūt tādai, lai to varētu izmantot arī nezinošs cilvēks, kas ar sistēmu „Horizon” strādā pirmoreiz. Darbā ietilpst gan teorētiskā daļa par lietotāja dokumentāciju, kas palīdzēs labāk saprast dokumentācijas izstrādi, gan praktiskā daļa, kurā paskaidrots, kā autore kritiski analizēja un pētīja esošo dokumentāciju un kā veidoja lietotāja rokasgrāmatu.
