Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek aprakstīta vairāku pašvaldību IS kopēja administrēšanas mehānisma izveidošana, kas nepieciešams, notiekot reģionālajai reformai, tādējādi apvienojot vairāku pašvaldību darbību vienotā veselā. Lai šo apvienoto reģionu sadarbība notiktu veiksmīgi, ir nepieciešams izveidot ērtu datu apmaiņas mehānismu starp esošajām IS. IT administratora darba efektivitātes palielināšanas nolūkā, tiek plānota attālināta datortīklu administrēšana, kas nodrošina iespēju vienam IT speciālistam veiksmīgi pārvaldīt apvienoto reģionu datortīklus. Šajā darbā tiek izstrādāts vienas šādas reģionālās reformas apvienotās pašvaldības administrēšanas mehānisms, kas turpmākajā apvienošanas gaitā var kalpot par kopēju izveidotā novada administrēšanas mehānisma izstrādes pamatprincipu.

This bachelor thesis describes the creation of a common mechanism of IS administration for several local governments which is needed during the regional reform thus consolidating the action of several local governments in united entirety. In order for this united regional cooperation to go on successfully it is needed to create a convenient mechanism of data exchange of the existing IS. To increase the work efficiency of the IT administrator, a computer network remote administration is planned; it will ensure that one IT specialist will successfully administrate the computer networks of the joint regions. The author of this work has developed up a mechanism of one such regional reform local government administration which in the future consolidation can serve as the common principle of the output of the created region administration process.
