Vienkāršā jeb vienfaktora dispersijas analīze modelim ar fiksētiem un ar gadījuma efektiem

Abstract

Darbs tiek veltīts vienfaktora dispersiju analīzei. Tiek apskatīti gan modelis ar fiksētiem, gan ar gadījuma efektiem. Apskatītas galvenās atšķirības starp tiem. Modelim ar fiksētiem efektiem tiek apskatīti arī efektu novērtējumi un homogēno kopu izdalīšanas metodes (vienlaicīgo salīdzinājumu metodes) tādas kā Šeffe, Tjuki un Bonferroni. Darbā iekļauti apskatīto metožu praktiskie piemēri, kas palīdz iegūt izpratni par aplūkoto teoriju. Diploma work is devoted to one-way analysis of variance. Models with fixed effects and with random effects have been examined and the main differences between the two was explored. The estimation of treatment effects and methods for determination of homogeneous groups (simultaneous comparisons methods) such as Scheffe, Tukey and Bonferroni are examined also to a model with fixed effects. The Practical applications of the methods observed, that helps to understand the discussed theory are included in the diploma work.
