Kibernoziegumi

Abstract

Šis darbs ir par šobrīd aktuālu tēmu – kibernoziegumiem un to variācijām. Darbs ir sadalīts divās nodaļās pēc noziegumu klasifikācijas: „dators – kā rīks” un „dators – kā mērķis”. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti noziegumi, kurus nereti neapskata statistikas datos, bet kuri tomēr ir kibernoziegumu neatņemama daļa. Otrajā nodaļā tiek stāstīts par klasiskiem kibernoziegumiem, kuri tieši apdraud IS funkcionalitāti. Darba mērķis ir klasificēt kiberdraudus un pēc iespējas sniegt padomus noziegumu upuriem, kā arī apskatīt statistiku un modernās tendences.

This work is about currently actual theme – cybercrime and its variations. Work is divided into two chapters, “Computer – as a tool”, and “Computer – as a target”. In the first chapter are crimes, usually uncovered in statistics, but are integral parts of cybercrime. In second chapter are told about classic cybercrimes, which are direct thread to IS functionality. The objective of this work is to classify cyberthreads, and, if possible, give advice to the victim of the crime, also considering statistics, and modern trends.
