| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek izstrādāta datorprogramma dezoksiribonukleīnskābes (DNS) trīsdimensiju struktūras modeļa būvēšanai, izmantojot lokālu bāzu pāru soļu parametrus, un iegūtā modeļa attēlošanai uz ekrāna, kā arī molekulas līkumainuma grafika konstruēšanai. Programma var būt izmantota DNS molekulas līkumainuma analīzei.
Programmas realizācijai tika izmantota C# programmēšanas valoda priekš Microsoft .NET vides. 3D grafikas apstrādei tika izmantotas Managed DirectX API.
Programma paredzēta darbam ar Microsoft Windows operētājsistēmu ar uzstādītiem Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 un DirectX 9.0. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor’s thesis describes the creation of the software application for the construction and visual presentation of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) three dimension structure model, based on the local base step parameters. Second key feature is molecule relative curvature estimation and representation in the form of a line chart. Created software is intended to be used for the DNA molecule curvature analysis.
Software is written using C# programming language for the Microsoft .NET framework. For the purposes of rendering 3D graphics Managed DirectX API is used.
Software requires Microsoft Windows operation system with the Microsoft .NET Framework and DirectX.9.0 installed. | en_US |
