Neatbildētība un iespējas samazināt tās ietekmi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Neatbildētība un iespējas samazināt tās ietekmi” tiek izpētīta neatbildētības problēma, kas ir aktuāla, veicot izlašu apsekojumus, un tiek apskatītas metodes, kas palīdz samazināt negatīvu ietekmi, ko rada neatbildētība. Neatbildētība jeb nerespondence nozīmē nespēju iegūt kvalitatīvus mērījumus viena vai vairāku pētījumu laikā no viena vai vairākiem elementiem, kuri tiek atlasīti apsekojumam. Galvenās metodes neatbildētības ietekmes samazināšanai novērtējumos ir pārsvēršanas un imputācijas metode, bet bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīta arī jaunā metode, līdzsvarotās respondentu izlases metode, kas palīdz samazināt neatbildētības ietekmi datu vākšanas posmā. Tiek aprakstīti novērtējuma novirzes faktori neatbildētības gadījumā, un kā tos ietekmē palīginformācijas izmantošana. Teorētiskais materiāls ilustrēts ar skaitliskiem piemēriem.

In thesis "Nonresponse and possibilities to reduce its influence" nonresponse problem is researched that affects sampling. Methods that reduces negative impact of nonresponse are covered. Nonresponce means failure to collect qualitative measurements in one or more occasions from one or more respondents that are chosen for sampling. Main methods to reduce effects of nonresponse are reweighting and imputation methods. However in this paper new method of balanced respondent sampling that reduces effects of nonresponse in data collection. Bias of an estimation factors in event of nonresponse are described and how use of additional information affects these factors.Theoretical part is illustrated with numerical examples.
