Bakalaura darbā apskatītas un salīdzinātas savā starpā dažas no bagātīgo interneta lietotņu (RIA) tehnoloģijām. RIA ir jaunas paaudzes tīmekļa lietotnes, kas būtiski palielina produktivitāti un uzlabo lietotāja pieredzi tīmeklī.
Darbā apskatīta vispārīga RIA teorija – to īpašības, iespējas, kā arī labumi, ko lietotāji un izstrādātāji iegūst no to izmantošanas. Aprakstāmās tehnoloģijas tiek aplūkotas no vairākām pusēm īpaši uzsverot to priekšrocības un trūkumus. Tika veikta arī dažādu risinājumu savstarpēja salīdzināšana, ar mērķi noskaidrot, kurš no tiem ir vairāk piemērots noteikta uzdevuma veikšanai. Darba praktiskās daļas ietvaros tiek dots reāla risinājuma piemērs, kas ilustrē vairākas no spilgtākajām RIA iespējām. This paper examines and compares some of the most popular Rich Internet Application (RIA) technologies. RIAs are the next generation web applications that greatly improve productivity and user experience.
The paper covers many of the RIA abilities and advanced features that are beneficial for both the end users and software developers. Technologies are examined from various viewpoints emphasizing their advantages as well as shortcomings. Various RIA solutions are compared in order to indentify the ones that are more suited for solving specific problems. Also a real life practical example is given, that illustrates some of the powerful RIA features.
