Datu migrācija izmantojot modeļu transformācijas

Abstract

Kopš brīža, kad tiek uzkrāti dati, jautājums par datu migrāciju ir aktuāls. Savā darbā autors sniedz literatūras pārskatu par datu migrāciju, kurā viņš norāda uz valdošo situāciju šajā jomā. Tika konstatēts, ka saistībā ar datu migrāciju literatūrā netika atklāti raksti par modeļu transformācijām. Tāpēc autors piedāvā savu ideju, kā arī norāda ar to saistītās pētāmās problēmas. Ar zema līmeņa modeļu transformāciju valodas L0 un programmēšanas valodas C++ palīdzību tiek realizēta datu migrācijas transformācija no vienas relāciju datu bāzes uz otru relāciju datu bāzi. Darba beigās tiek veikti izstrādātās datu migrācijas eksperimenti, prezentēti iegūtie rezultāti un izdarīti secinājumi.

Data migration has been an outstanding issue since data has been collected. The author offers a literature overview of data migration in his work where he points out a dominant situation in this kind of field. It was found that there were no articles discovered about model transformation in the literature. Hence, the author presents his own idea as well as points at the related problems to explore. Transformation of data migration from one relational data base to another relational data base has been implemented using low level model transformation language L0 and programming language C++. Experiments of the implemented data migration have been performed, acquired results have been presented and conclusions have been made at the end of the work.
