ERAF projektu ieviešanas sistēma Vides ministrijā
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek izstrādāta Eiropas Reģionālā attīstības fonda projektu ieviešanas sistēma Vides ministrijā. Šī darba mērķis ir uzlabot ieviešanas un uzraudzības procesus organizācijā pielietojot informācijas tehnoloģijas.
Bakalaura darbā tiek aprakstīta sistēmas attīstība, kā arī tās pārraudzībā esošie procesi, to saistība ar normatīvajiem aktiem. Tiek analizēti biznesa procesi dažādos plānošanas periodos, kas ietekmē turpmāko informācijas sistēmas plānošanu un attīstību.
Ņemot vērā identificētās problēmas, tika izstrādāta Vienotā informācijas sistēma, īstenojot automatizētus ieviešanas un uzraudzības procesus un tālākās datu savstarpējas atbilstības un integritātes iespējas. On the bases of dissertation work the author has made implementation system of European regional development fund project in Ministry of the Environment. The objective of dissertation is to improve implementation and control processes of organization using information technologies.
In dissertation work there are described systems evolution as well as its oversight processes and the relevance with normative acts. There have been analized business processes in diferent planning periods which affects further information system planning and evolution.
Considering identified problems, the United information system was developed applying computerized implementation un control processes and further data interrelation and integrity options.
