Mazo domēnu novērtēšanas pielietojums nabadzības riska analīzei

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un praksē pielietot mazo domēnu novērtēšanas metodes kļūdas samazināšanai Latvijas novadu nabadzības riska novērtējumiem. Nabadzības risks tika novērtēts ar trīs metodēm – tiešo, sintētisko un kompozīto novērtējumu. Darbs ir strukturēts astoņās daļās, kurās ir apskatīts EU-SILC apsekojuma apraksts, teorētiskais materiāls darba veikšanai, iegūtie rezultāti un secinājumi. Secinājumi balstās uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izmantojot datorprogrammu R. Darba apjoms ir 26 lappuses. Darbā ir četras tabulas un pieci attēli. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir deviņi literatūras avoti.

Aim of this work is to research and use small area estimation methods for reducing errors in small domains and to assess the risk of poverty in Latvian administrative territories. The risk of poverty was estimated using 3 methods – direct, synthetic and composite estimator. This work is structured into eight parts, which contain description of EU-SILC survey, theoretical material of this work, results and conclusions. Conclusions are based on the results obtained using computer program R. The volume of the works is 26 pages. The paper contains four tables and five figures. There are nine literature sources in the list of references.
