The goal of this study is to check the noninvasive method of UV and VIS spectrometry for detecting presence of different chemical agents in the blood. The method of reflective spectrometry has been tried for detecting chromophore (hemoglobin) and saturation of oxygen in the blood using bloodvessels of bulbus conjunctiva. During this study several reference spectra were taken, eye model was made and different spectrometry methods were applied to explore different parts of the eye. Spectrum of alive person`s eyeball was taken and chromophore concentration in the blood was defined. Using fluorescine, a simplified simulation of detecting unknown chemical agent in the blood was done. The study verifies, that using reflective spectrometry method, it`s possible to identify different chemical agents and their impurities in the blood testing bloodvessels of conjunctiva of bulbus.
