Sakarība starp acs iekšējo spiedienu un redzes nerva diska parametriem

Abstract

Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts uz 43 lappusēm. Darbs satur 25 attēlus un atsauces uz 41 literatūras avotu. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt acs iekšējā spiediena saistību ar redzes nerva ekskavācijas eksentricitāti cilvēkiem, kuriem nav konstatēta glaukoma. Pētījumā tika veikts Itālijā un tika analizētas 100 cilvēku acis. Pētījuma dalībnieku vecums bija no 25 līdz 45 gadiem, no kuriem 41 bija sieviete un 59 vīrieši. Tika novērtēts acs iekšējais spiediens, ņemot vērā radzenes pahimetrijas datus un tika iegūtas ar fundus kameru redzes nervu fotogrāfijas. Darbā tiek secināts, ka veselām acīm nepastāv korelācija starp acs iekšējo spiedienu un ekskavācijas lielumu, kā arī nepastāv korelācija starp vecumu. Rezultāti parāda, ka statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība ir novērojama starp ekskavācijas horizontālo un vertikālo lielumu.

This Master thesis is written in English on 43 printed pages, contains 25 figures, and 41 references. The aim of this study was to establish how the intraocular pressure could have an impact on excavation of the papilla in subjects not suffering from glaucoma disease. Experimental study was made in Italy on 100 subjects aged between 25 and 45 years, 41female and 59 male. It was measured the intraocular pressure with pachymetry and the retinography for evaluating excavation of the optic papilla. It used an air puff tonometer and a fundus camera. The search result has confirmed that the correlation between ocular pressure and excavation of the optical papilla exists, but it has too low a value to say that one depends on the other, so it is not statistically appreciable or unmanageable. Results present that here are statistically significant difference between cup/disc ration horizontal and vertical values.
