Atslēgvārdi: acs modelis, akomodācija, acu kustības, acs zīlīte, IS starojums. Masters’s work „The impact of additional infrared lighting on detection of eye pupil size” is written in literary Latvian language. It has been written on 51 page. It contains 30 pictures and 46 literature sources. Master’s thesis are based on more frequent complains about unbalansed accomodation and/or vergenc work in everyday life. The aim of this work is to find out is there any negative effect on experiment data when two operating infrared devices are working together- eye movement evaluation device and accomodaton evaluation device with the additional IR light. Experiment within the comparison and evaluation was carried out artificial eye case, and 3 participants of the experiment. The results show statistically significant differences in the parameters of the artificial eye model pupil assessment, but no statistically significant differences for the experiment participants. Keywords: artificial eye, accommodation, eye movements, pupil, IR radiation.
