Vispārējās anestēzijas ietekme uz acs akomodācijas funkcijām

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 39 lapām. Tas satur 13 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 4 pielikumus un 28 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir kvantitatīvi novērtēt vispārējās anestēzijas ietekmi uz acs akomodācijas funkcijām. Acs akomodācijas funkcijas tika novērtētas vispārējās un spinālās anestēzijas pacientiem pirms un pēc operācijas. Akomodācijas funkciju perioperatīvās relatīvās izmaiņas starp vispārējās anestēzijas un spinālās anestēzijas grupu nav statistiski nozīmīgi atšķirīgas, tomēr vispārējās anestēzijas grupā pacientiem novērojamas statistiski nozīmīgas akomodācijas amplitūdas perioperatīvās relatīvās izmaiņas. Akomodācijas amplitūdas perioperatīvās relatīvās izmaiņas vispārējās anestēzijas pacientiem vidēji cieši korelē ar vecumu. Master’s thesis is written in Latvian on 39 pages. It contains 13 figures, 8 tables and 28 references to literature. Aim was to evaluate the effect of general anesthesia on the accommodation of the eye with quantitative assessment methods. Perioperative assessment of accommodation of the eye was done in patients that received general or spinal anesthesia. There is no statistically significant difference between perioperative changes of accommodation of the eye in patients that received general or spinal anesthesia, although there is statistically significant difference in perioperative relative changes in the amplitude of accommodation of the eye in patients that received general anesthesia. There is statistically significant correlation between perioperative relative changes in the amplitude of accommodation of the eye and age.
