Augsta refrakcijas indeksa briļļu lēcu bez antirefleksā klājuma ietekme uz redzes kvalitāti

Abstract

Maģistra darbs sastāv no 38 lapām, kas satur 26 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 25 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: Noskaidrot augsta refrakcijas indeksa lēcas bez antirefleksā klājuma ietekmi uz redzes kvalitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 15 dalībnieki. Visiem pētījuma dalībniekiem ar FrACT testa palīdzību tika mērīts redzes asums 10% un 100% optoptipu kontrastā ar dažādām lēcām. Rezultāti liecina, ka antirefleksais klājums statistiski būtiski paaugstina redzes asumu. Lēcas refrakcijas indeksam nav būtiskas ietekmes uz redzes kvalitāti. Pacienti subjektīvi izvēlās lēcas ar antireflekso pārklājumu, kā vēlamās lēcas savās brillēs. Atslēgas vārdi: redzes asums, kontrastredze, antirefleksais klājums, redzes kvalitāte.

The master's thesis was written on 38 pages containing 25 images, 2 tables and 25 references to literary sources. Purpose: to ascertain the effect of high refractive index lenses without antireflex coating on the quality of vision. The study involved 15 participants. All study participants, with the help of the FrACT test, measured visual acuity in 10% and 100% optoptypes in contrast with different lenses. The results show that antireflex coating statistically significantly increases visual acuity. The refractive index of the lens does not have a significant effect on the quality of vision. Patients subjectively choose lenses with anti-reflective coating, as preferred lenses in their glasses. Key words: visual acuity, contrast vision, antireflex, vision quality.
