dc.description.abstractAlN ir perspektīvs platzonu materiāls dažādiem praktiskiem pielietojumiem, ieskaitot termoluminiscences dozimetriju. Šajā darbā tika pētītas AlN keramikas, leģētas ar dažādiem piemaisījumiem, izmantojot fotoluminiscences, rengenluminiscences un termoluminiscences metodes. Visu paraugu luminiscences spektros tika novērotas gan jau iepriekš zināmas joslas 400, 480 un 600 nm, gan atrastas jaunas joslas 320 un 350 nm. Tika noskaidrots, ka defekti un sintēzes parametri ietekmē AlN luminiscences īpašības, kas ļauj labāk izprast luminiscences procesus un efektīvi uzlabot AlN dozimetriskās īpašības. Piemaisījumu metālu ietekme ir salīdzinoši maza dozimetrisko īpašību uzlabošanā, toties šis pētījums paver iespēju piedāvāt AlN kā ilgspīdošu materiālu.
dc.description.abstractAlN is a promising wide-bad gap material for a variety of practical applications, including thermoluminescence dosimetry. In this work, AlN ceramics doped with various impurities were studied using photoluminescence, thermoluminescence and X-ray luminescence methods. Both the previously known bands of 400, 480 and 600 nm and new bands of 320 and 350 nm were observed in the luminescence spectra of all samples. It was found that defects and synthesis parameters affect the luminescence properties of AlN, which improves understanding of the luminescence processes and allows effective improvement of AlN dosimetric properties. Doping AlN with metals offers relatively small improvement in dosimetric properties, however, this study opens the possibility of using AlN as a persistent luminescence material.
