Evaluation of honey origin using the composotion of elements and carbohydrates compound. Bavrins K., supervisor prof. Bartkevičs V. Master thesis, 37 pages, 5 figures, 15 tables, 44 literature references. In Latvian. Honey is considered a bioindicator for the assessment of environmental pollution. By determining only the content of elements and carbohydrates in honey samples, it is possible to identify their origin and authenticity. Within the framework of the master's thesis, information on the composition of honey elements and methods for its determination has been compiled. The experimental part determines the content of elements in honey samples of different origins, as well as the statistical analysis of the obtained results, which revealed the correlation between the type of honey and the content of elements and carbohydrates.
